Blended learning combines high quality teacher-led instruction with high quality online instruction and uses both learning modalities to personalize the educational experience and meet the needs of each student. Through the use of rotations, blended learning allows the teacher to work with students in independent or small groups while other students are engaged in independent work and online instruction at the appropriate level based on the student's individual needs.
