A strategic plan is a comprehensive and systematic way to evaluate a school. It is created through stakeholder (parents, students, faculty, and community) input. After information is collected a clear plan of action is created to help achieve the school's goals and objectives. Strategic plans can last from 3-5 years and are constantly evolving.
Our strategic plan focuses on goals in six different areas below. Over the next few years committees in these areas will be created. These working committees will help the school staff and administration to develop actionable plans to help reach our objectives and goals.
